This pair of outdoor basketball courts is at Millar-Waite-Evans Memorial Park in North Providence, Rhode Island. Each is named in memoriam: the northwest court for Herbert L. Swenson, Jr. and the southeast court for Charles "Chuckie" Ruggerio.

These side-by-side public courts are outfitted for organized league play with three sets of lamp posts, four team benches, two electronic scoreboards, and four four-row bleachers to accommodate upward of a couple hundred spectators gathering. However, the condition of the playing surface is in rough shape with large cracks throughout and inexplicable square patches at random spots across its entirety. The square backboards of now opaque acrylic are solid, but without painted shooters squares. A double thick rim with a heavy duty nylon net hangs from each goal.
