"This cemetery is located just south of the church. Many of the epitaphs and data are in German, the native language of many of the deceased. To ate there are 292 marked graves. There are probably many unmarked graves, also." ~ Cooper MoGenWeb

The first church, and the cemetery were created on land owned by Fred Fricke. This was donated in 1868 to the newly constructed church and new congregation.
