Sign is in city park at the center of town. The sign is in front of a planter (currently dead plants). The sign says Welcome to Frost with cotton balls on either end of the name Frost. The cotton balls are wearing gold crowns. Below Frost on a ribbon it says "Where Cotton is King & Friendliness is Queen".
