FR Sur le mur du Gîte de la Combe on peut voir ce très beau cadran solaire un peu effacé.
Il est de forme carrée, la tige est surmontée de l'inscription 1739 et de la devise dont je ne peux lire que le début, en provençal "Lou tems passo, passo lou sèn". Ce dernier mot ayant plusieurs signification (sens, noblesse, jugement, raison, ...) j'ai du mal à le traduire.
Les chiffres sont arabes et la tige centrale
EN On the wall of the Gîte de la Combe you can see this very beautiful sundial, a little erased.
It is square in shape, the stem is surmounted by the inscription 1739 and the motto of which I can only read the beginning, in Provençal "Lou tems passo, passo lou sèn". This last word having several meanings (meaning, nobility, judgment, reason, ...) I have trouble translating it.
The numerals are Arabic and the central stem
