Translated from the above note text:

The Chicoutimi pulp mill is a former industrial complex whose construction spanned from 1897 to 1957. The site, formerly dedicated to the production of wood pulp, comprises some twenty structures, including four mills, a repair workshop, a power station, dams, water pipes and railways. The complex extends over half a square kilometer along the Chicoutimi River, a short distance from where it flows into the Saguenay River, very close to the downtown area of the Chicoutimi sector of the city of Saguenay.
