This modest memorial is in Crowder Cemetery. The memorial consists of a flagpole and two plaques. The larger and older one appears to be the original veterans memorial, with the text "In Honor of Those Who Served Their Country." A later addition set in honor of the "heroes and victims of terrorism" is attached to the flagpole. That plaque was set by the Woodmen of the World. A bench is nearby so that visitors can sit and reflect on the lives remembered here.
