Humpty Dumpty is one of the Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes that kids learn growing up. It goes like this:
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

This statue was a gift from the Friends of the Richardson Library. It was dedicated on Sept. 29, 2011.

Sculpture shows an egg with skinny arms and legs sitting of a stack of books. He is wearing a green shirt and blue pants. His arms are spread wide as he waits to give you a hug. He has a big smile on his face.
