This manhole cover is on the south side of the sidewalk on the south side of Woody Jones Boulevard in Florence, South Carolina. It is easily accessible along the
Veterans Park Connector Trail about 0.2 mile east of Florence Veterans Park.
From the manhole manufacturer's website, the light duty USF 1258 slab type ring and cover have outer dimensions of 29.5" and 23.75" respectively. The custom text on this one is laid out in concentric rings and reads from top through bottom and outside to inside to outside:
