One story brick building with the gable end facing the street. Pediment is clapboard with a circular end vent. There is a cupola centered on the roof ridge. Entrance is recessed with twin windows to the right and one window out the facade, for a total of three.
New Hartford is located in Litchfield County with a population about 6600 - 6700 people. It is home to Ski Sundown, a local ski area.
