Location of memorial: Forsyth Blvd. & N. Central Ave., old courthouse lawn, Clayton
The relief are is bronze art attached to the plaque of names for the memorial.
At the top is an eagle, in an Art Deco style and in relief above the names of the men.
At the bottom bracketing the names of the women are two olive branches.
