The door has an ornamented lintel with curved rafters, topped with the crest of Carlos III. Its construction ended in 1755.
Over time, it has had various uses, such as a seminary, barracks, secondary school, exhibition centre, etc.
Today, the building is the headquarters of the Extremadura School of Dramatic Arts.
Recommendations: Its interior patio is interesting, with a covered well through which contains rainwater that enters into the cistern. It can be seen at the Holy Week Outreach Centre of Cáceres.
