The Reflection Pond is a large fountain on UCF campus. It is located outside of Millican Hall, the school's administrative building, and it is commonly used to represent UCF in general.
The fountain is off-limits for wading or swimming in most cases, with one major exception. On the Friday of Homecoming week, students are allowed to enter for "Spirit Splash", where they try to catch specially-designed rubber ducks.
According to an article in the UCF Arts & Humanities magazine, Imprint, the fountain was constructed in 1970 and holds an estimated 228,000 gallons of water.
