The large grey-coloured corrugated Colorbond shed possibly 12m x 12m has three good-sized roller doors, with two bollards to either side. The low-pitched roof has a couple of 'whirly-birds'. There is an annexed office behind. A set of rails to the right are for laying out and drying used fire hoses. There is a short concrete entrance pad to the front, with gravel extending out to Stonyford Road. It is set in the reserve above Silvan Dam.
