The town hall fountain is located behind the associated town hall in Mülheim-Kärlich on Poststraße.
According to the brass plaque attached to the town hall, the fountain could date back to 1996. From the center of the water basin rises a rectangular column made of three blocks. Inside the column the water gushes out.
