Bell, from an old courthouse? or a school? I could not find out. But is was mounted on a concrete base on the courthouse square.

This bell and concrete base is located on the courthouse square in Selmer, TN. It is a real nice bell but a little rusty in spots.. It is not in use anymore, or so it seems.
