This moderately large bell hangs beside the volunteer fire fighters shed at Mount Evelyn.

The stumpy Bell Tower extends higher with the attached flag pole. The main part of the Bell Tower that suspends the 'silver-coloured' (it is possibly zinc-coated) ~40cm diameter bell, is made of 70mm diameter galvanised pipe that is bent with a semi-circular curve at its top, where the white metal flag pole is attached. Below the bell are three galvanised metal bars, with the following red-painted words:
