The bakery "Ο Φούρvος στο Λιμαvι" (The Furnace in the Port) is close to the ferries, that start and end here. So, it's a perfect location to have a good cup of coffee and a piece of cake, before you start your journey or after arriving in Greece. Several seats are located right in front of the bakery, and part of them are protected from the rare rain or offer some shade in the hot months.
The bakery offers a big variety of breads, some Greek specialities but f.e also Italian Chiabatta. They also have numerous sweet cakes and sweets like cookies, muffins, donuts, croissants, and much more. Finally, if the temperature is too high for a cup of coffee, you might want to try some of the delicious flavors of homemade icecream.
The staff speaks English (at least we had no language problem) and is also helpful with the different flavors and ingredients of the various products.
