In the past, concrete was made from cement, sand, and water by Sumitomo, but in 1949 (Showa 24), Iwaki Cement Industry (this) sanded the building with a sand wheel that allowed Tokyo Concrete Industry. Factory production of concrete was completed.

Initially, it was transported by a dump truck, but since the ready-mixed concrete was separated during transportation, it took time and effort to re-knead it at the site. After that, the mixer truck currently in use was developed and began to be used around 1952 (Showa 27), and ready-mixed concrete became widespread rapidly. The monument also has a relief of a photograph of an agitator (mixer truck) that seems to be from that time.
