On January 3, 1904 Irish and French members of St. Ann's Church voted to build their own church closer to home in the Lenox Dale section of Lenox, MA. Diocecean architect John William Donohue designed this Shingle style buildingand on April 1904 the contract to build the church was awarded to Constant G. Deloye. Construction started on May 3, 1904 and the church was completed on November 27,1904 at a cost of $11,000. (visit link)

The main block of the church has a steeply pitched gable roof with a cross at the front apex. The gable end has a large five-sided stained glass window recessed behind a pointed arch. On the southwest corner of the church rises a tower with an auxiliary entrance on the first level, a narrow window with a rounded top on the second level, and a belfry with double louvered window on the third level. Above is a tapered octagonal steeple topped by a cross.

The sides of the building have four bays separated by brick columns. each bay has a large stained glass window. The north side has an ramp leading up to an extended entrance pavilion. The south side has a entrance at the last bay.
