The village of Aberchirder is situated in the north-western part of Aberdeenshire, formerly Banffshire. It is a planned village built in 1746 with a section of grid patterned streets in its centre.
The Main Street runs through the centre and is where the post office can be found in the rightmedicine Pharmacy, on the northern side of the street.
Opening Hours: 9.00am-12.30pm, 1.00pm-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
