The former Church of the Good Shepherd sundial is located on the west side of the former church which is now the History of Toys Gallery. It is located at 1526 Pleasant Street in Lee, MA.

The former Church of the Good Shepherd sundial is located above on the western gable end of the former church facing south towards Pleasant Street. The square vertical sundial has Roman numerals for the hours. It is made of wood which is painted red with gold inscriptions. The gnomon is also made of wood. The sundial is set within an unpainted wooden frame.

Below the gnomon is the religious message:

I am a Shadow so art thou
I mark time dost thou.
