Audubon Newhall Preserve is a large nature owned by the local chapter of the Audubon Society. It was originally owned by Caroline Newhall as a place to protect rare plants from development, and it has since become a fairly popular area for hiking and birdwatching.

The preserve contains two pollinator gardens and several small wetlands, with a short boardwalk running through one of them. The center of the preserve is a moderately-sized pond with a wooden overlook. Informational signs discuss many of the plants surrounding the pond.

The preserve contains five trails: the Pond, Newhall, Branch Wood, South Woods, and North Woods trails. These trails are short and have clear paths. There are no blazes, but there is signage at the start and end of each.
