This news article is from the website of Erie News Now, a local news television station in Erie, Pennsylvania. It was published on July 26, 2018. The article is titled, "Erie Insurance Completes New Apartments and Restores Historic Buildings," and discusses the restoration of two historic homes in downtown Erie. The full text of the article reads:

Erie Insurance today celebrated the completion of six new apartments on the lower east side.

The project includes the restoration of two historic buildings.

A ribbon cutting marked the unveiling.

The company moved key sections of both the Judah Colt house and the Von Buseck home onto the site at East 5th and German.

Crews then built two, two bedroom apartments in each building.

And two new apartment houses were also built on the property.

Planners say the projects help preserve history and improve the neighborhood.

Erie Insurance CEO Tim NeCastro said, "The connection to the past for a city like Erie is extremely important and people being able to see visible signs of renovation, where it is possible on this scale, really is something that is uplifting for the entire community."

The rent for the apartments ranges between $890 and $1700 per month.

And two units are already rented, to a doctor and a police officer.
