An electronic billboard at American Legion Fairmount Post 85 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, displays the current time and temperature in its messages rotation.

Freestanding northwest of the lodge along the southwest side of River Street, this standard single-sided board is eight feet wide and four feet high, clad in a black metal frame and mounted atop a 3.5 foot tall post anchored to a concrete slab. The post name is joined by a logo across the top half of the side facing the hall. An integrated LED display fills the lower two-thirds of the frame. Judging by its pristine condition and absolutely clean concrete, the sign appeared to be brand new. Messages and an American flag graphic were included along with the date, time, and temperature. The time displayed was correct on the warm afternoon of my visit - 1:45PM.
