This free book exchange for children is located in Queensbury, New York at the Hovey Pond Park just off the sidewalk from the parking lot. The library is sponsored by The Ben Osborn Memorial Fund and is station #17. The wooden library is stained brown with wooden shingles and has three shelves. The door has a window and there is a plaque above the door that reads: "The Ben Osborn Memorial Fund "Giving Kids a Little Lift". The library was well stocked with children's books when I visited. There are three plaques on the side of the library referring to the Ben Osborn Memorial Fund and its origin.
