This is called "Sanbyaku-nen no Matsu", means Three-hundred Years Old Pine.

In the description on board;
This pine tree is believed to have been planted by the 6th Shogun, TOKUGAWA Ienobu, around 300 years ago during major renovations of the garden in 1709. Today, it is one of the largest Japanese black pines in the Tokyo area.

You can enjoy quiet and warm atmosphere here at the Hamarikyu Garden.
