This unique weather vane is fixed to the top of a dormer on the front facade of the old County Courthouse building in Lake George, New York. The weather vane has four feathers at the base with decorative, directional arrows with the letters N, S, E, and W attached to the ends above that. There is a sphere above that and an arrow with a coat of arms topped off with a smaller sphere.
