Is the little girl with bear a Banksy ? The street art route website (visit link) says: maybe.

The little girl, with ponytails and dressed in a blue dress, is about 1.25 meters tall.
In her hand she is dragging her yellow bear.

She is spray painted on the wall of Kunsthuis Glue (visit link) , an Art Studio.
You can find her on the right side of the building.
