The paths meander around well-sized enclosures and the animals can be spotted, especially with patience, amongst vegetation and cover.
Cassowaries were an unusual and favourite for me and I enjoyed coffee whilst the tamarins watched me. I was able to navigate well on my mobility scooter and lunch was good in the main restaurant.
There are many animals here and they are curious when you are quiet, often coming closer.
