Beloved Father and Mother

Claudia was born on September 27, 1951 and passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2010. Claudia was a resident of Warrenton, Missouri.

"Lars Paul Dupre, 47, of Warrenton died Sept. 26, 2006, at SSM St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake Saint Louis. He was born April 16, 1959, to Lawrence and Mary Lee (Schexsnayder) Dupre in New Iberia, Louisiana.

"Mr. Dupre worked as an electrician for various companies.

"He is survived by his partner, Claudia Mohr of Warrenton; his mother, of Melville, La.; one stepson, Patrick Mohr of Sarasota, Fla.; three brothers, Vaughn of Melville, Iowa, Wilfred E. of Hammond, La., and Carl of College Park, Ga.; and two sisters, Deborah Darbonne of Sunset, La., and Vanessa Sanders of Melville, Iowa.

"He was preceded in death by his father; one sister, Juanoma Naquin; and his grandparents.

"Services were Sept. 29 at Harding Funeral Home in Jonesburg with burial in Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery, located outside Jonesburg" ~ Find-A-Grave

"The dove is the most frequently seen animal symbol in the cemetery. It is portrayed in a number of poses, but most frequently it is seen holding an olive branch, a reference to the dove sent out by Noah to search for land, and explained in Genesis 8: 10-11

"The dove then became a symbol of purity and peace because God had made peace with man. It also became a powerful symbol of the Holy Ghost, as illustrated in Jon 1;" ~ Stories in Stone, by Douglas Keister, 2004, page 79

Kind of dove: Dove without olive branch, but with some clear connection to concepts of peace

Used material for the dove: Other (explanation in the long description)
