Relatively easy to access High Point nestled in the Spruce Knob-Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area.

Spruce Knob can be accessed by car from US 33 by heading West on Briery Gap RD and following a paved, often winding road to a parking area a few hundred yards from the summit. There is an observation located just to the South of a rock cairn marking the highest point, as well as several hiking trails.
