Memorial plaque to Capt Leslie Hastings, killed in action 1916, in St Giles and St Nicholas' church, Sidmouth. A brass plaque with a scrolling floral design border, and two badges of the grenadiers on the left of the plaque.

The inscription reads -
IN MEMORY OF

102ND GRENADIERS WHO WAS KILLED
IN ACTION NEAR SHEIKH SAAD IN
MESOPOTAMIA ON JANUARY 21ST 1916.
BORN AT SIDMOUTH NOVEMBER 14TH 1888.
