They are open daily from 6 AM to 12 AM, 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. The login is available from your server -- they also have it posted on the wall by the hostess stand -- and all you need to do is connect to the SSID, enter your credentials, and accept their terms. The download speed is quite good, but you're not going to get any serious work done otherwise. Besides, there are no convenient places to plug in your gadgets.
