The entrance to the Nebraska State Capitol House is located at 1445 K Street in Lincoln, NE. The dome is located at the top of the central Art Deco style tower.

The rotunda dome of the Nebraska State Capitol building contains a glazed ceramic tile mosaic named Virtues of the State which was commissioned by: Bertram Goodhue Associates with iconography by Hartley Burr Alexander and executed by Rafael Guastavino in 1927. An ornate chandelier hangs from the center of the dome.

Free Guided Tours Begin at the North Entrance on Second Floor Monday - Friday at 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. , on Saturday and holidays at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m., and on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. Observation decks open weather permitting.
