The analemma of the sundial is the place where the shadow of the nodule symbolizing the Sun falls at the start of school. The size of the analemma is 3350 x 840 mm, cross-section 5 x 50 mm. Na fasáde je pripevnena ve výšce 10 metru a kotvy jsou v místech vstupu Slunce do jednotlivých znamení zverokruhu. Analema je vyrezaná vodním paprskem z konstrukcní oceli a svarená, povrchovou úpravu tvorí metalický nástrik nerezu. Ukazatelem je pouze samotný nodus - laminátová pozlacená koule o prumeru 125 mm. Kolmá vzdálenost jeho stredu od fasády je 151 cm. Zavešena je na nerezovém lanku, které probíhá v obecné poloze - lanko predstavuje pouze konstrukcní prvek postrádající jakoukoliv gnómonickou funkci.
