This is your standard issue PetSmart, also offering grooming, dog training, and veterinary services. While they do have pets for sale, these are small pets like birds, mice, rats, fish, and reptiles. They do have adoptions, but you'll want to check with the store as to the details: Generally, a PetSmart will have a few cats, and the dogs will show up during adoption events.

Accessing the wi-fi is a simple matter of connecting to the SSID and agreeing to their terms. The signal strength can really be hit or miss. On some visits, it is so slow that even connecting to it isn't worthwhile, while on others, it's fast enough to get a decent signal and maybe speed up the otherwise slow PetSmart app. You're not going to find anywhere to plug in your gadgets, either.
