This Fire Station is located on the Toronto Islands on Lake Ontario. Built in 1992 on Ward's Island, the station also has EMS Station 48. In the three bays are Pumper 335, a 2006 Ford F-550XL, Pumper 335B and Rapid Attack Vehicle 335, a 2011 Ford E-350XLT.

The station features a clock/art installation called Fire and Water. It was installed in 1995 by artist Gordon Peteran.
