This dated stone is located on the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Cobourg, Ontario. Built in 1937, the congregation's history stretches back to 1833. The church elected not to join the United Church of Canada in 1925. In January 1937 the previous church burnt down.
The current church was built and dedicated on December 16th, 1937. A second cornerstone exists for the Sunday School wing, which was built in 1963.
