Southwick Public Library was built in 2000 in the Colonial Revival style to replace the previous library built in 1892. The center of the cross gable roof of the library has a square cupola with louvered windows and pediments on each side. At the top of the cupola is a large metal sculpture of a grasshopper weathervane.
