Conneaut Lake Presbyterian Church is located on South 5th Street in the town of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania. The church was built in 1914-1915 by architect and builder Hiram M. Ralston. The pastor at the time the church was built was Rev. J.S. Cleveland. The church is constructed of brick, with one bell tower and multiple stained glass windows. The church is still active today with one Sunday service at 10:30 am.
