What growing on? Jouw lunch! In de kas op het erf van de Groene Afslag groeien op dit moment (mei 2022) veul peulen, snijbiet, aardbeien, basilicum, bronzen venkel en joekels van kolen. In het verschiet liggen zwarte tomaten, tomatillo, aubergine, courgette, pompoen en koolrabi. Binnenkort terug te vinden op je bord En met zijn rijke verzameling (en stiekeme fetisj) bijzondere en absurd hete pepers met klinkende namen opteert chef Bastiaan voor een heus Chili Eating Contest. What grows on? Your lunch! Foal pods, Swiss chard, strawberries, basil, bronze fennel and huge cabbages are currently (May 2022) growing in the greenhouse in the yard of the Groene Afslag.
