This bas-relief is located on the side of the parish hall next to Saint Ann Byzantine Catholic Church on Locust Lane in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The relief includes the title, "St. Ann Holding Child Jesus," and depicts the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary holding her grandson, Jesus. A plaque on the wall next to the relief notes that the relief was created in 1964, and lists parishioners who contributed to have it relocated to its current location. It also includes a quote from the Kontakion (hymn) for the Maternity of Saint Ann: "Today the whole world celebrates how Ann becomes a mother by the power of God.
