On the way down to Parco della Costa Cascate you will see this gate before you start to descend. In the gate is a wagonwheel.

The wagon wheel is wooden with a red iron. Several chains are in the wheel.
As the parc was so beautiful, I also add a little bit of info about the Parc. Go if you have the time/opportunity!
"This territory is particular for the large presence of water which has led to the formation of numerous waterfalls and streams that flow next to the rocks. The torrent flows along the gorge at times slow, also forming small green lakes, and at times more vigorously to form suggestive and thunderous waterfalls.
The park offers three different paths depending on the commitment necessary to follow them: [2]
green: 1.2 km long and accessible in 30 minutes;
red: 2.3 km long and accessible in 1 hour;
black: 3.6 km long and passable in 2 hours"
