Izzy's Diner was built in by the Worcester Lunch Car Co., #821, in 1949. It is one of the few remaining diners created by the Company. The diner was purchased from Richard J. Solomon by Peter Oleskiewicz on Aug. 31, 2020.
The classic diner has a stone veneer below and seven rectangular windows facing Park Street above. A set of steps on the south end leads up to the entrance. The sign above has been repainted with the new name but still retains the central clock with the inscription IT'S TIME TO EAT in a semicircle above the dial.
