"The Costa Nova Sailing Club has a Floating Marina, with an external protection barrier, located in the Ria de Aveiro, Canal de Mira, at coordinates 40o 37 ´,27 N and 008o 44 ´,82W, with a capacity for about 130 vessels up to a maximum of 10/12 metres in length. This marina, built in 1998, is served by the supply of drinking water and electricity. The entire marina area is illuminated by high-power projectors, and access to the gates is controlled (by magnetic cards or security key). In the Terra Park, the Costa Nova Sailing Club has high-quality bathing facilities for use by its members and sailing schools."
