This Community Centre is located in Walsh, Ontario, which used to be Charlotteville Centre, hence the name Charlotteville Community Centre. The centre is on the Charlotteville Agricultural Society Fairgrounds, which holds the Donnybrook Fair annually since 1857.
Also known as Walsh Hall, the centre is run by Norfolk County and has a seating capacity of 80 with kitchen and bar facilities as well as a stage. The building itself was potentially an old schoolhouse or church.
On the front of the building are plaques noting the 100 and 150 years of the Donnybrook Fair as well as one for pioneers.
