[ENG] Polsat was launched on 5 December 1992 by Zygmunt Solorz-Zak. It became the first Polish TV channel to break the monopoly previously held by TVP - national channel. As of 2019, it was the most watched television channel in Poland with a market share of 11.30% in 2019.
