The Aire and Calder Navigation is the canalised section of the Rivers Aire and Calder in West Yorkshire, England. The navigation connects Leeds on the River Aire to Wakefield on the River Calder.
The route consists of a mixture of river travel and sections where canal sections bypass the river often using locks to adjust the water levels.
The Aire and Calder Navigation also connects to an extensive network of canals and navigable rivers that covers over 1000 miles.
This marina is on one of the canal sections of the river Aire, adjacent to Lemonroyd Lock.
The marina has 40 berths for full time residential mooring, 60 berths for short term moorings. Depending on availability it is possible to moor overnight or over winter.
On site there is also a laundry room, shower room, toilets, free Wi-Fi, allocated car parking, pump out facilities and an Elsan disposal point.
