This wooden caboose was built for Canadian National Railway in London, Ontario in 1947.
Following many years of service for CNR, it was retired in 1983.
It was donated to the Railway Museum of Eastern Ontario in 2001, and later restored on-site by the museum.
It stands today as a part of the museum's varied collection. It is open to visitors, and is one of three cabooses that can be booked for overnight stays.
