The rectangular-based ALDI store is elevated on reinforced concrete pillars over a majority of the 2 Hour time limited parking, with a smaller amount in the open air (under the control of PriPark*). It is painted in the corporate muted ochre and grey colours. At the southern end is an additional floor for a and surveying company.

There is a very long, shallow ramp on the western side of the building and also a single lift, and a flight of stairs to choose from for your access the entry. There was plenty of trolleys and shopping baskets, and there was a Battery Return Facility here.

If coming from the north, there is an easy entry off Kelvin Grove Road, but if coming from the east, south, or west, the car park is accessed from Bishop Street.
